Hart Publications announces today the addition of 18 BCFGPD takeaway capacity from the Permian Basin, all going to LNG hubs along the Gulf Coast. These 4-5 new pipelines were, are, will be built to meet rising "demand," not rising supply.
A tad presumptuous, I'd speculate, especially when one considers that gas for gas turbine generated electricity (AI data centers) in West Texas needs to be 13 BCF by 2030.

Above, from WDBC, all Permian HZ/Frac unconventional wells, all benches, associated gas and gas well gas beginning 2012 thru August 2026. Only HZ wells drilled to shallow, conventional Guadeloupian sandstones are filtered out. Average 30-year EUR determination using best fit decline curve analysis: 2.8 BCFG per well over 30 years, estimated.
Because these wells all make water, they'll be lucky to live 18 years before reaching economic limits and will be blessed to make 2.2 BCF gas, max. I've show you elsewhere the Wolfcamp D in Eddy and Lea Counties types out to <6 BOPD, 63 MCFPD and 95 BWPD, at year 15.5 at $80 WTI/$3 HH. Those wells are done having made less than 2 BCF EUR.
The AI data-LNG-Mexico land gas scheme is going to lose more money than tight oil has. People have lost their minds about associated gas from Permian Basin HZ tight oil wells.
Its a good think nobody reads my shit and instead would rather feel good about their future. I'd get whacked by a tight oil company with Mexican cartel connections and that would be nada mas, para me. My lovely wife Catherine would have to dig me out of a heater treater somewhere in La Salle County.
