Can Ukraine cause an oil crisis

I keep hearing that Ukraine is hitting Russian oil facilities. They are attacking ports, ships, pumping stations and refineries. Russia has banned some product exports. With the Russian winter coming on, there is a chance that pipelines will freeze in the permafrost, creating the necessity of redrilling the wells. Ukraine is hitting these facilities with drone strikes to cripple the Russian war effort. So far, it has not affected oil prices. Since the Permian is tapped out, a shortfall of Russian oil could cause prices to spike to over $100/barrel. Do you think Ukraine will be successful?
