Brain Fart

Here is a near-shore gas well in the marsh that needed killing. A pump truck backed out onto an old concrete ramp built to the well, tied onto the production wing with fast line and commenced to loading the well. The mastevalve below the production wing cut out, blowing directly into the pump truck. It caught fire and burned to nothing. If you look closely you can make out tire rims on the pump truck. Some folks were hurt. There was no reason to have rigged up this close to the well.
